Would the excess boost be a stuck shut WG?

I would say no becaue with a stuck wastegate I would be shooting up to 30psi. It only goes to like 18.3 and creeps up.
 

Replaced my TB with a 1991 including new ISC and TPS and she started right up but before I could finish tuning/go for a drive I noticed white smoke and bubbles in my oil /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif

Time for a new head gasket I guess - Need fix it and sell it before I leave the country in December.

No worries, I ended up selling the car but I'm 90% sure the old TB was causing the issue.
