First time on the dyno, my brand new 3 week old clutch (stock) blew apart at 9psi. So I had to order a new clutch. I ordered a Centerforce Dual Friction heavy duty clutch, and a brand new OEM flywheel. Put them in, broke them in, and returned today to try our luck at hitting 300whp/300+wtq @ 18-20psi.

Also, before returning, I installed a 2g MAF, with a custom fab'd intake to work in my truck with the new oval-mouthed MAF. The intake was complete custom, and I also had the BOV flange and tubing done all by my boy All-Motor Mike. He's an awesome fabricator, BIG thanks to him as well..

Got on the dyno, pushed the turbo, and due to the clutch (Centerforce) starting to let loose, Tony tuned conservative. The truck made 243.9whp/256.8wtq @ 14.8psi. Not too shabby for a tiny little unexpecting mini truck, huh.. LOL

THANKS Tony & Jeremy.. Awesome, like always.

On to the pics and video..

Thats f*ckin bad ass.........I want one.
The truck looks good, and it's not putting out bad numbers. How hard was it modding stuff for engine fittment? I bet it's a blast with the rwd.
Keep us posted. Well done. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/applause.gif

I am assumeing that you have to run the Non-turbo flywheel to fit the transmission of the truck? What are the details on that? Also, How is that centerforce holding up for you in there?

Cool truck! I've always wanted to build one... Finding a rust-free version around here is pretty tough. Anymore pics of the engine swap?

Looks familiar! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Nice truck. A word of advice though, ditch the illustration in your signature. Nobody else has one on here to keep it less distracting.
