81603 is the clock blanking plate as used on RS or basic trim JDM models (hence why there are a few colours available).

62115 is the lower lip used on the sporty models which had the metal lower half bumpers (ie early JDM, AUDM, NZDM, UK/EuroDM). It is made of a hard plastic and will probably not fit on anything else.

Have a look at the site in my signature for the differences between the JDM models.

USDM front rotors are the same 276mm as the 89.10 onwards JDM models, along with the Lancer Evolution 1-3, 7G JDM VR-4 and I'm sure a couple other cars as well.
