I am running a Hx35 as well. Stock manni with the bep hotside. I would be able to run a stock rad but my wg sticks off the front of the manni and is about a inch away from the core support. I opted for a civic half for now and will be running waterwetter. I have not yet got it running due to dumb sh*t oil plumbing issues but I did have it in a 1g fwd without any clearance issues what so ever. I am also sporting a custom dented nt waterpipe. Car makes great power and goes from 5psi to 25 in a split second. Love the setup and also am looking to break all my stock driveline parts this year with my 10psi launches. FTW.
