How to take the side marker off?

Anyone knows how to take those off? Also is there a service manual for the body section of the galants? I have been looking at the library but didn't find any there.

If you are asking about the front, they have a spring hook you have to release from inside, under the hood in the front corner of the engine compartment. It has a shepherd's crook shape on it so you can grab it with your finger.
