I think most or all of the MD128625 is marked 4474A on the white plug body. I believe the MD145903 is normally marked with the E2T number on the case ending in 4478A with matching number on the white plug like yours. Both look similar, fed-spec, knock board and no eprom. You should look at MD145903 and see if that one is closer to yours.

I have 2 MD145903 ecu but there are many modification on ecu's that s why I want to buy clean one..it was looking fine before i bought and I plugged it to my 90 dsm so car engine was shaking and stops after 10 seconds I have 2g maf and 560 cc injector setup but I was driving very well with my old ecu and this board number is JE331A979A..I need to back to stock maf then i can try with MD128625..I guess map scaling is different between 2 ecu's
thanks for reply by the way

That is 100% a MD145903 E2T34478 1990 Federal MT non-EPROM ECU.
I have seen them built from both the JE331A942C PCB and the JE331A979A PCB. They are functionally the same but I've never sat down and documented the actual differences in the PCB to learn why they respun the newer PCB. And then the next year they did it again for the 91+ ECUs with a JE331B997A PCB. There is yet a third 90 style ECU PCB but I've only seen it on NA ECUs JE331A942C. And then there are all the EPROM PCBs with their own numbers.

Here's an example of a MD128625 E2T34474 also built from a JE211A979A PCB just to make it clear that the PCB # isn't the deciding factor in what version ECU it is.
