Would make a great computer for basic web browsing, home theater use, or even a garage computer. The video card isn't geared towards gaming but will work well for indie games and videos.
Note that since the video card doesn't have HDMI out, if you end up using it as a HTPC you'll need to run a separate audio cable to your receiver or TV from the motherboard's audio out jacks. You can use a cheap Displayport to HDMI adapter to send video via HDMI if needed, it just won't carry an audio signal. Or sell the video card on eBay and get an inexpensive one with HDMI.
