Which part? the 4 bolt, you usually have to delete your 4ws.

The 5 lug you basically take your front knuckles in to a shop and have new bearings installed with the 5 lug hubs, the rears are a pretty similar process.

Actually, its pretty easy.

I bought my 4 bolt off of Paul a few months ago and I haven't had any issues with it. If I had the cash I would pick this up for my other VR4.
