Bought in 2003 with 65k miles now at 98k or 99k not sure.
Rebuilt motor put in at around 20k miles ago.

The good: Clean interior. Seats conditioned yearly with Leatherique for the last 8 years. (skipped last year)
Supra fuel pump
Autometer gauges in center heat vents
17" RacingHeart wheels
Baer brakes (paid $2500.00 for this back in the day but money was well spent)
Stainless brake lines
H&R springs
KYB AGX shocks
4 bolt rear, 4WS blocked off
3 inch exhaust with cat and 2 silencers
Kenwood Excelon CD player
Aftermarket speakers, (no idea what brand but it sounds ok)
93 clear headlights
JDM corners
Embroidered VR-4 logo on driver and front passanger headrests
Momo steering wheel
1G short shifter with 2G knob and boot
New windshield,
30% tinted windows on sides and rear. Legal in Missouri.

The bad:
Paint could use a good clay and wax job.
The trunk lid and the hood looks like it have hail damage. (parked under a tree that dropped it's nuts when the car was stored)
Somebody backed into the driver side door. It closes but if I keep it I would replace it.
I had a knocking problem last summer and stopped driving the car.
Replaced the main bearings that didn't fix the knock.
Cut the balance shaft belt and that took care of the problem. I however didn't put the timing belt cover or any of the other parts back on.
It got way to hot and now it's too damn cold to go work on it. Honestly I just lost interest all together getting dirty and I just drive my other car.

I always loved how this car handled in the corners and stopped on a dime.
Depending on the interest I might go lower on the price I might not.
As it sits right now it should be towed. Still cold and I don't really want to mess with putting in back together.
You can however hear the engine running. It just needs the pulley, timing cover, AC and alternator belt put back on.

Will not part out.
Will not deliver unless you want me to load it on a delivery truck you're paying for.
$3000.00 OBO

Can you take a picture of the damage to the driver side door and put it up or pm me with it?

I probably won't be near the car till Sunday. In the meantime imagine a minivan backing into it coming out of the driveway. The window still rolls up and down freely. So it's a large soft dent over the whole door rather than a sharp small dent that can be pushed out.

i dont know. i emailed him 2 weeks ago and never heard back from him.

i know hes a one of the good guys on the board. i like the car so i figure spending 2000 on an engine might as well spend another g and get a running clean car..

Recent pics would definitely be a good idea. I know you've described the door damage and various issues, but your description is coupled with some old pics of the car looking pristine.

I'm pretty sure I replied to every email I have received.
Yes, these are old pictures but other than the door damage the car still looks the same except it's dirty at the moment.
I got offers for trade but none of them sparked my interest. I'm not desperate to sell.
I'll try to take pics of the door damage today.

Bump. I need to get this out of my driveway.
Alternator, PS and A/C belts need to be put back on to make it able to drive home.
It does run but I don't want to mess with it.
Come work on it for an hour and drive it home or bring a trailer.
