Front Bumper Bracket Stud

Ok...I'm talking about the two brackets that attach to either side of the front bumper support(with a bolt, and a stud and nut). They are the ones that attach to the car with 4 bolts each and to remove them you kind of need to maneuver around the horns.

Despite my greatest efforts I broke one of the studs that holds this bracket to the bumper support. This stud looks horribly rusty on every upstate NY Galant I've seen so replacing the whole bracket would be tough. I'm sure I'm not the first to break this thing - is there any way to press out the broken stud and get a replacement?

NO problem. unbolt the bracket drill stud out from the bracket and replace with a bolt of the same lenght just have the bolt head i welded from the back to look like oem.
