found a engine but need your advice

hey, i recently found a 4g63 7bolt turbo. the man said everything runs, good top end but there is a knocking noise when it goes over 2500rpm towards the bottom end. he said its a "crankwalk" now is that a big thing to fix? how much would the fix be and if that is the problem would there be other things goin out on it? and the engine is 200. another thing ive seen a dodge colt gt AWD with a 4g63 engine. what are your thoughts on that? would that be a difficult swap to do? would you have to modify the engine bay, suspension, driveshaft, idk if colt gt come awd. ya thanks for reading

Run away as fast as you can. For one thing, as HHIVR4 said, you can't easily put a 7-bolt engine in our cars. But also, many of the 7-bolt motors have expensive crankwalk issues, which is why most 2G DSM owners have done 6-bolt transplants. If you are looking for a reliable, used 6-bolt motor for your VR-4, you should check out the JDM 4G63T motors that the many importers sell. I believe RRE has a list of suggested vendors. The JDM 6-bolts are generally less abused and lower mileage than a domestic pulled DSM motor.
