I refuse to have the tags on the front of mine, Upstate NY is hit or miss on the police caring.

Thanks for the comments Guys. Yes I believe it is an ETS core, But not 100% sure since I purchased it from a member on here. I have seen the White one several times, very clean.
As for the License Plate....There is NO where to PUt it!! lmao
