ECO switch help (SOLVED)

Just need the switch for a switchable ground, from the diagram looks like I just need to connect 4 to what ever needs the ground then 5 to a ground.

Its not working, does the switch itself need power or is it just mechanical?

I'm kinda retarded when it comes to wiring diagram, so excuse my stupid question but figured I'd add this to help someone else who might be electrically challenged. LOL

Did a continuity test and marked the two that connect when hitting the switch. Also don't need a power, its mechanical.
