car won't boost past 18 psi (not 16 psi like the other guy)

Wow, I know what you mean. If you have trouble conveying whatever it is that you are saying just admit it and we will try to work with you. (That is my viewpoint anyways).

Now I have to get my Escort GT up. That is my DD, I like to keep the miles off the GVR-4 to be honest!

 

Low miles definitely won't hurt the value on these cars. Not to mention less of a chance in breaking something and having to replace it.
