I just picked these up i was told 272/272 bc i cant find anything out on these please help

Any pics of the ends, for instance the area the cam gears go flush against, also the other ends where the CAS slots are and also the same side on the exh cam?

Chances are they are FFWD re-grinds. They're good cams, I've had a couple sets in the past. One of which is currently on a high nine second DSM here in CO, FWIW.
