So batting my damn leaky yoke, I’ve RTV the inside and jb weld the outside.

At this point I think I’m gonna order a spare used yoke and pound out the frost plug and replace with a welsh plug.

I was just told of this method and wish I found it earlier. Seems pretty straight forward.

Is this my best bet to stopping the leaky yoke?

Seems like a proper fix opposed to just pouring rtv inside and hoping it works, it also seems the rtv isn’t a permanent fix.

Also in the market for a spare yoke if anyone has one.

Also pictured is a yoke another member has and says has too much surface rust to be used, can I use fine sand paper to remove rust and be good to go? Has anyone ever used something worse?

Seeing that i am the guy that made that guide and that yoke has been on my car for many years with zero leaks I would say it is!
