AC Condenser Fan Polarity

I put in a slim fan on the AC condenser when I went with an FMIC. It was wired up to pull air out from the inside of the engine bay as I just matched up the wires based on colors, but I've noticed the temperature go up when the fan goes on while the car is cooling down during the turbo timer regulated cool down. In addition, it seems to make more sense to pull air from the outside. I'm not wrong right?

Also, do I just swap the wire mapping if I want to switch polarity?

I think, and someone should back me up on this, that you actually take the fan blade off and flip it over. I forget why I have this in my head, but I think it is right. Definitely wait till other folks respond before doing anything. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

Some fans can be wired either way. Many claim to be uni-directional but will spin opposite if wired backwards. If you have a slim fan like a single direction JVT I'd agree with the above poster and flip the blade if possible.
