A/C Switch - ECU disassembly question

Looking through the disassembly, it appears there is an offset variable that is loaded based on several conditions, on of them being the A/C switch state. The variable gets updated and then appended to standard value in the ISC RPM control routine. This would lead me to believe that if the stock condition for idle is 750 and the ecu offsets it to 850 when the A/C is on, then if I have my idle set to 850, the ecu will offset it to 950 when the A/C switch is on.

Is that correct of am I overlooking something in the ISC control?
