Hit a stopped vehicle sitting at a green light. Didn't swerve enough to miss. Sucks. I think this ends the GVR4 adventure for me. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/banghead.gif

Damage is likely repairable with new hood, right fender, right front frame rail, core support.

Built motor/turbo have 1200 miles. (yes 1thousand 2hundred)

Parts list below - built after sitting for ~5 years.

Motor:
Eagle/Wiseco built block, bored .020 over, 9:1 compression
ARP hardware (Head studs/rod caps/bearing caps)
line bored
1MM SS valves
FP Race exhaust manifold - click
SCE ICS Titan copper head gasket/exhaust gasket, O2 housing gasket - click
FIC 1050 injectors - click

Turbo:
FP68HTA - click

Intercooler:
ETS GVR4-specific kit - click
black-anodized intercooler
wrinkle black piping
Upper charge pipe flanged for Synapse DV/BOV
TB elbow tapped for GM IAT

If you have problems with insurance company let me know. Just settled with mine today. It's a hit and run victim and was totaled. Not as bad looking but messed up the rear quarter and rocker panel on drivers side. Got it valued at $4000.

Thanks for the condolences all. It is a really sad/crappy thing.

No insurance info was exchanges. The other party told police she just wanted to get to the club.

Just now getting around to tearing it apart. Have some interest in the car as a whole but I'd want ~$4k and I don't think that's realistic.

Thanks for that.. I certainly could, but I don't think I have it in me. Looking at a CLA45 AMG and if I can swing that, I may just be happy with a stock car for once in my life.
