If you are still having problems with this car let me know. I've tried to keep up on my old car as it has passed a few owners the past handful of years. I might be able to help you sort out things.

Hi, sorry I missed, the car is still currently in the same condition, i did find a shop local that can work on it the owner said. hopefully going to get it to to him within the next couple of weeks. So that should help solve the problems.

Just adding a update. Found shop near me, they are able to work on it. Hopefully wrapped up in early January. Thanks for all the help so far.
