You can still get the sides from Mitsu along with all the clips. The top section is NLA. However call some windshield shops, they have moulding for almost every vehicle.

Need either the stock line or an aftermarket stainless line. Must be the upper line from clutch master down to the fitting where it changes to rubber. Stupidly ruined mine. However if you have a full master to slave stainless that is fine as well.

Wish I read forums for this info, 4 years ago when I assembled my motor I assembled pan gasket according to the manual and used RTV with gasket; she has leaked ever since. Good thing the motor never ran more that 2k miles since then so I have a nice oil catch under my pan.

For $25.89 at RockAuto you can order the upper section for the housing to convert a 1g housing to gvr4.

Your valves are bent, pull the head send it to a machine shop for a few new valves. It's only going to cost $200-$350 for head work pending how many valves (from experience). Buy a new water pump, timing belt, head gasket, tensioner pulley, tensior, idler pulley, manifold gaskets, water housing...

are you using a torque wrench or an impact gun? Impacts will not rotate the assembly (never had in my experience with snap on cordless impact)

I know this has been said before but I would like to reiterate how pleased I am with these hood struts.

Anyone have the three clips that hold the spoiler to trunk. The spoiler I have has a plastic stud on one end and threaded stud on other side. Need whatever attaches to plastic stud mount beneath trunk lid. Let me know!Some chode removed spoiler and did a horrible bondo job that is cracking on...

The stock intercoolers are HIGHLY inefficient. I would recommend selling unwanted parts and saving for an aftermarket fmic.

So I'm in process of FIAV mod of spinning that black piece collapsing the spring. Trouble is, it will not spin. I can collapse the spring with my needle nose pliers but the actual threaded black plastic piece will not budge. I've sprayed very very (misted) pb blast on it. Any one ever encounter...

Watched my friend with 1g dsm go through the same exact thing and it was his ecu in the end. Try swapping ecu with a known working one. Aside from that check all the wiring for loose/dirty connections.

functioning pcv and that tube from v/c to intake pipe is an important piece to your issue. If you just have a filter on that vacuum fitting, your dipstick will pop. Replace the line as was from factory or get a catch can. Some thread on here or tuners has a long explanation of why these systems...

I've never looked personally and without looking or knowing, my guess is rear brakes and 4ws lines. Like I said, I've never messed with any of them on my vr4 since it all works.

I'm looking at Rock Auto parts and there's two brands each for $74. I'm just wondering if I should look for a good OEM ISC instead of generic.

Just tested resistance on ISC and she's bad. Anyone have a known working/good condition one? If not I'll just go run to the junk yard.. I just have much time for the fun yard run anymore.After this I will be off to emissions and getting her on the road again!
