I think I may have figured it out. The wide-band will respond but not at idle, I am guessing it has something to do with the large boost leak I found in the injector lower seal.

That's what I did, fan runs all the time no problems with it.

I have a civic half rad and I had some overheating problems, but I think it was because I didn't burp the system properly I also have my fan go on all the time.This was last summer 110 degree days.
