    I took the relay apart and cleaned the contacts with 1000 grit sandpaper.Seems to have fixed the problem. But I didn't see any corrosion on the contacts to begin with.

    I drilled mine out but I used some grade 8.8 bolts that have course threads. I'm using lock washers on both sides but my driver side is coming loose. Do the Evo bolts have fine or course threads?
