Thanks for the link ApexHunter. After looking at them adapters some more, i found you can buy just the rear adapters for $94,or $105 shipped. i found the tein setup for $769 shipped so i am happy for less than $875 total all said and done.

I ended up custom making my own drivers bracket using a used RH bride seat bracket i found for sale on a jdm website. I just reverse fabbed the bracket. here are some rough fab pics and the finished product.

ok so after looking at the cipher website, there brackets include restraint brackets for the belt clip! Thats pretty cool. Now as long as they don't tell me 2-3 months wait like the bride rails i ordered, i should be all set!
