Mine was down for 2+ weeks cause FIC injector seals rotted and failed and I had a boost leak between the injector and intake manifold. I don't think they were old enough to fail like that, but she's running great again.

I wasn't able to figure out how to de-pin the factory injector connector, and I didn't want to cut the wires above the connector, so I ended up installing the PITA injector clips. She's back to running great, and no boost leak.

Start with a boost leak test, followed by a compression test. Likely it's just an air or fuel problem. Unless you've over boosted the engine (ran too lean), they are really stout.
