I have thought about loosing the radiator and do an afco, im still running r12 ac, have a big ass trans cooler for the autobox. The stock unit ran constant 210* on my aftermarket water temp gauge with ac on. With this larger aluminum unit Im at 190* with AC on. So looks like this rad is staying

Thanks man, it uses a -10 line to go to the intake pipe for the turbo inlet, its stuffed with stainless steel scotch pads. Hopefully that takes care of most vapors. My plan was to originally hook that line up to the exhaust pipe with a slash cut pipe to create a vacumn under WOT, and thus suck...

I had the same problem with my MLS, it worked great for the first 3000 miles, long story short. The head came off an back on, and after reusing my MLS gasket I got water in oil, I removed the head and copper sprayed the MLS gasket, retorqued to a higher setting, still would mix oil/coolant. So...

I had the same problem on 96/1000, it fired the same IC. I just ran it with the ISC unplugged for a bit then replaced the ecu and the ISC. Every now and then I test the ISCfor proper resistance, Im still a bit weary about it since my first fried ecu, but so far its holding up fine.

I have 235/40 on my 18" wheels, will be back home this friday, can get you a pic of them, they donot rub and fill the wheel wells good. You do need to get biggerbrakes as the stockers look lost in them wheels.

I could not say for sure if the x turbos are crap, will find out. I did think about the adapter plate but as it sits theres about 1/2" clearance from turbo to radiator so you would have to run a slimmer radiator. For me thats a no no. I will have to figure something out when I make a tube header...
