    That is not normal, is it? 120 PSI at 8k rpm? What issues can one face with such high oil pressures?Quoting EMX5636: 80psi won't be enough. Even the 100psi Autometer guages seem to pop on our engines sometimes. I know on my old Eclipse, I'd see 120ish PSI at like 8k with 15w50 on a 150psi...

    I have had the same problem. The car doesnt want to warm up in cold weather. I installed a thermostat and do see improvement, but it takes longer then 5 minutes to warm up. The thermostat had a rating of 72 degree Celicius. So i guess it opens up a bit early.

    ^ Yes that can be the case. Although i did not have any ecu code but while cleaning up my wiring mess i rewired the coolant sensor wires entirely because they were very brittle.

    Hmmm..if its bad gas than i have burned through it a lot of times in the past couple of months. Of course some gas will always remain in the tank which cannot be used. I do not use E-85, just normal gas. I would like some ideas on how to confirm if my injectors are leaking.

    Yeah i wanted to do the same. You could drill holes in the aluminuim sheet for the oil drain bolt and perhaps a bigger hole for the oil filter, install a rubber bushing to fill the hole. This way you could take that rubber cover out to drain the oil and take the oil filter out without opening up...

    Also my car cranks a bit slow after getting warmed up. Seems like the starter, or the starter relay gets heated for some reason. I got the starter checked and its fine. But still cranks slow during hot starts.
