Just adding a update. Found shop near me, they are able to work on it. Hopefully wrapped up in early January. Thanks for all the help so far.

Hi, sorry I missed, the car is still currently in the same condition, i did find a shop local that can work on it the owner said. hopefully going to get it to to him within the next couple of weeks. So that should help solve the problems.

Its smooths out between 1000 and 2000 rpm. We havn't tried driving the car as to not hurt it just in case. I dont know why there are 2 bovs it just came that way. I think the tuning reset. So i will try having a base tune put on.

Just how to advance and retard the time. The hose has the screw in it. There are 2 blow off valves and a valve on in the intake. All of them are hooked in.

Ok thank you very much. The timing thing is thowing me everytime i search for it the page is removed offline. When i say vacumn its a hose that i cant find where to reroute it.
