Oh yeah, that's right you still running that open dp... I know it sounds good, but loud for street car. My 272 cammed, full 3" exhaust with 3.5" HKS Super Dragger muffler isn't exactly 'quiet'.

I've had my battery in the trunk since 05' (grounded properly & a kill switch) and 140k miles later Zero issues.

He also, made cf grills. Which I have on #870. I purchased it a LONG time ago. Can't even remember the yr. Luv the part!! , but it did take him almost 4 months and numerous emails to get it to me. But like I said that was a LONG time ago... Well atleast I may have a part that hardly nobody...

After a alot of polishing.... a few modifications , adjustments & trimming it fits great. Its fitted for the car ie: not perfectly even on both sides but perfect for my car. Its secured by the hood pin sleeves.A couple of templates...Finished product...

I did a post on this awhile back. I had a similar prob with mine when first installed it a couple of years back. It would pop and backfire. It grounded to the fire wall w/paint sanded off. It was a new unit out the box. Sent it back to them and had them check it out. Spoke directly to a tech...

Thanks guys. But no...I didn't take those pics or do the vids. Those pics were taken with a camera that prob cost as much as dsm LOL ! Boostin went 203 !!! was 2nd fastest to AMS AlphaOmega by 1 mph. The Blue EVO went 186 ish I think and the Yellow EVO ( a Buschur customer car from Ohio)...

Always a nice turnout @ the 'Block party'. I think there are at least 3 shops in a one block radius besides SM & 6Star. So you get a good variety of cars.

These shows happen once a month during the summer. Very nice rides and it brings people from all different car makes together, which is rare. ALOT of the Supercar guys know what a GVR4 is, which is kinda cool!

It was a awsome event!! One of the best event I've attended in AWHILE! Some very fast cars!! Actually the Chicago will prob have the fastest overall field in WannaGoFast history. 150 cars each day. The EVO's & DSM's came out and represented!! Like a 'mini shootouT' LOL, with 'OG' players like ...

I agree totally with that thought process. I enjoy mine and have no regrets on the path I've taken w/it. The cars are supposed to be driven and enjoyed. I actually drove it yesterday 'around the block'. Some of the owners put alot of time, money & effort [aka blood sweat & tears LOL] into them...

Mine has been in the trunk since 03' with zero issues. 4ga all the way back, with breaker switch. Voltmeter gauge mounted on the box. Battery grounded in the trunk w/2 cables & @ 2 different spots [spare tire studs w/paint removed ofcourse]. Fuel pump housing grounded & 255 Rewired & grounded...

Build coming along nicely. On the rear window visor though.

My HX35 fits, but tight. I had to 'modify' the motormount to clear the drain line. No biggy on that. Also , welded on an alum elbow on the Comp housing to free up some space. And,I BARELY had to 'ding' my water pipe,not the silly bashing/destroying of the water pipe like some do.Just clocked...

I ran a FP when they first came out on the group buy[w/my HX35]. Very good product. Car ran great w/it compared to my 2g. had it ceramic coated and it held up well.
