I believe the threads there are 3/8" BSPT. Just re-tap it, and run a 3/8" NPT nipple out of there, you'll be fine.

Isuzu slave is mainly used with a twin-disk, like a PTT. IIRC, it has a shorter throw so you don't over extend the fingers on a PTT, but a larger bore.Quoting feil8409: Pm'dNever received it.

Try loosening your throttle cable so you're sure there's no tension on it when closed. It may be holding it open just a little. Also, I believe the Voltage range is 0.63V to 5V.

No, it does not need a special tank to operate, assuming you're going to keep your in-tank pump. However, you would have to figure out how you're going to feed it from your sending unit.
