Check your spark plugs gaps and wires? My case was my wires. Installed some ngk and vibration went away. Somehow engine was mis-firing.

Engine running you should see voltage near 14. Hows your belt tension? should be on tight with some deflection but not riduclously tight.

Running e85 does has its drawbacks. It gunks up like what you had mentioned on the old fp. I would regularly check your injectors also too. One of my buddy lost major tuning time and $ on the rollers just to have a simple clogged injectors from running e85. Just a caution on your behalf, yours...

Since you will be swapping in a 90 motor, it will be logically correct to use a 90 engine harness and ecu. you may have to extend or cut some wiring to suit the gvr4 chasis.Likewise a 91-94 motor with same year engine/ecu wiring harness. A specfic gvr4 wiring harness will be great for this...

On the actual jdm rs hood, the insulator has slots cut into it for the heat to escape.

Which brackets are you going with or making your own? rtm uses cobra rotors with the 4 pot calipers.

Here in california, you can register any car out of state or in state (transfer title) as long as the car passes smog. you need that smog certificate attached to your application to transfer titles.

Check the wiring and connectors going to the key ignition/steering column. For some odd reason my TT adapter to the connectors was burnt/melted. Had symptoms like yours.GL.
