Check all of your grounds and battery pos cable(s). Odds are they are original, and therefore very suspect.

I ran mine thru the steering column rubber seal. It doesn't move and is easily sealed repaired

a w5m33 transmission should work as long as the spline/tooth count for your transfer-case is 22 spline. LINK

That issue is all over this site (and DSM sites). Look at your wiring to the Coolant Temp Sensor on the thermostat housing. Either a disconnected connector or broken wire.

You can easily get the Evo8/9 brembo conversoin kits on EBAY (For the brackets and bolts) or go with the CTS-V brembo kit and includes a spacer for the cobra rotors. I went the EVO Brembo route with a used setup I bought from Iceman. My son went with new CTS-V brembos and the conversion...

You would have to compare it to a USDM part to see if they are the same size. If they are, I would think a rebuild kit would work. Also, if the USDM fit, you could just source some stainless brake lines instead of looking to bend/build new ones.

They don't have one. The real tell-tale sign is in the NA ECU. It does not have the knock-board.

You might want to recheck your measurements. The Scirocco radiator fits in the core of the Galant and 1g DSM. The 1G radiator is only 4.4" shorter (18.5" vs 22.9") than the Galant radiator (the 1G radiator is mounted at an angle in the 1g, so it looks much shorter) whereas the Scirocco radiator...

You can always run an 88 VW Scirocco radiator, will give you tons of room.

The CAS does not dermine (in theis case) 6 or 7 bolt. I have run the 7-bolt/black-top CAS on my DSM and VR4 for years.

Did you put the driveshaft in? It will leak without the driveshaft

Make that a 4th. My ISC motor leaked into it's plug and took out the diode and the controller on the ECU. ECM Tuning fixed it right up
