    Front wheels off set

If you look at this pic of my car it doesn't look like the front wheel is any farther out than the rear. The front does have more negative camber than the rear but not so much that it looks like the bottom of the wheel still sticks out farther than the rear. That is -2.5 degrees up front and...

    Clutch dragging after new ACT2600

I'm still waiting to hear what slave cylinder diameter you have. You need the one with the smaller red/pink piston. Have you confirmed that's what you have yet?

    Clutch dragging after new ACT2600

Which slave cylinder are you using? If it's not the one with the smaller diameter piston (red) you're gonna have issues. Pull back the boot, it should be anodized red. If it's green you need to change it out.

Headlight intake air dam... Who's done it?

I used to just remove the right headlight. Four bolts and it's out, direct line of airflow to the filter/intake. Reinstall after racing. It's not the most elegant way of doing it but it works and keeps all four lights working for street driving.

just got this 1991 vr4 HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Find a local DSM group and get with somebody that knows what the f*** they're doing. That car looks like a hack decided to tinker with everything and got it all bungled up. QM twin disc questions

I had to find mine at a junkyard. Of course I never got around to installing it and went back to a single disk because I don't give a sh*t about racing anymore. Sold it to somebody. Don't remember who.

Looks great. In The News did mine too back in the day. They do nice work. Mine hangs in the garage now next to the car.I'm surprised you went to the smaller diameter slave with the twin. I think it was actually a pretty common dealer-added aftermarket item on these cars as I've seen a lot of them with non-factory sunroofs and they all look the same. Maybe dealer bodyshops did the work?

Tuning a Keydiver, MAFT, SAFC setup... Yep, 20 yr old setup...

Yeah, when I had 503 and used it as my ski rig I never had issues starting that car weekly in below zero temps with thick viscosity oil. Battery was in the trunk and grounded at the upper shock mount. Is it cheap insurance? I guess. Is it "better"? Depends on your needs. But personally I don't...

But I don't think we're talking about anything high current here are we? He's not installing some huge stereo system before selling the car. Just trying to get it to run right. And I don't think the unibody being used as the ground conductor is the issue in this case. I agree with everything...

Tuning a Keydiver, MAFT, SAFC setup... Yep, 20 yr old setup...

When I originally put the battery in the trunk almost two decades ago, I measured the resistance with a multimeter from the trunk to the engine bay through the unibody. I didn't see an amount substantial enough to justify me adding more big wire to the car. It's not like the coating and seam...

Tuning a Keydiver, MAFT, SAFC setup... Yep, 20 yr old setup...

Quoting PJGross: I think I need to run a ground from the neg batt terminal in trunk all the way up to the engine bay. Right now it is using body as ground and I don't think it is efficient enough.I wouldn't bother. I use the upper shock mount for my ground point. As long as the paint is...

Tuning a Keydiver, MAFT, SAFC setup... Yep, 20 yr old setup...

The Keydiver chip should be setup to compensate for whatever mods you have. If that's changed, you need a different chip burned. I'm also not sure why you'd use both a MAFT and a SAFC. An SAFC is great in conjunction with a Keydiver chip to fine tune everything, but adding that in to the mix...

Have You Left The Game and Come Back??

As an owner of one since 1998 I can say that my goals and wants with the car have changed over the years. As a younger guy I wanted to go as fast as possible and beat most things at the track. The car did pretty well in the mid 2000's at that but I soon got tired of spending money chasing...

Tuning suggestions for 18 year old setup with < 500 miles...

While I agree with Brett, the current setup will work for now. I ran high 11's at 118mph on an old 2gMaf/SAFC setup on 110 octane gas with no wideband and a worthless EGT gauge. All I had was a Pocketlogger setup on a Palm Pilot for logging knock and timing, etc, lol. Not ideal, but it worked.

Connect whatever fan you plan to run to the stock fan wiring. I don't remember which pin to use. You'll have to look that up. But you basically run a wire from the ECU trigger output and intercept the wire that controls the fans. It might pull it to ground. I don't remember as it's been a...
