    I think my problem is how I mounted it. It is hanging by the adjuster screw shaft and over the last year must have backed out slowly because the set screw was not tight.All better now.

    The male spline part is toast. If the female socket or clean, it should be just fine to reused.Look carefully at the spline high and lows and make sure there is no wearing. They should be straight and have defined grooves that are not worn to sharp points.

    Looks like the lat IoM it was apart,it was not seated fully and it was drove on. The only part of the splines that were driving the wheel was the part before the clip.Time for a new half shaft. No fixing that.

    Yes, kit comes with all parts needed to replace everything with new except for the shafts and lobro joint (just re-grease that part).And yes, you have to pop all the u-joints off to get the bearings on.Just make sure you mark the shafts to the other shaft before removal so you put it back...

    The e-break is kind of fragile. Remove the cable and see if the shaft the nut screws down on (inside the return spring) is loose or kind of rotates out of round.Bottom line is it is bad, tell Autozone to order you another one.

    Exactly as listed.I use a Snap-On nut driver and only hand tighten slightly.Use Ultra Gray RTV sealant on the corners of the humps over the cam journals/CAS and a very small amount on the half moon spacer.

    No AC. It worked fine before I removed it.Could be re-installed but the radiator and oil cooler would have to be modified.All electrical for it is still intact.

    While you are under the dash, inspect the clutch pedal arms and pivot points. Make sure everything is tight. Worn pivot points cause intermittant issues as well.

    I bet it is your clutch that is dragging.Since it is happening in every gear, it would mean all the syncros are dieing.Put you car on a flat parking lot, stop, put tranny in 1st, clutch pedal to the floor, and rev engine to red line, if the car try's to move, clutch is not adjusted properly...
