Smaller diameter and won't hit the frame because it's shorter/less ribsQuoting jrtech: 99 cavalier pulley is what you wantThanks mate, is that due to the width and the alignment? Or the diameter? I see that it is 5-rib.I haven't read of this one, so please tell me all you can.
  16. Disconnecting WGA for dying 14b. Enter thread for janky solutions.

Quoting jrtech: Well if I can locate a piece of mild steel around here... (which I cannot at the moment.)clickPlan to try something like that.Edit: I have a couple of Ford 3g alternator pulleys around here which might be the same shaft size as the CS130 GM crap. 17mm or ~0.670 But that's...

  29. WTB: 1990 non-turbo water pipe

  30. Charcoal canister removal

Cap appears to be a vacuum inlet, so mine must be damaged or stuck.
  31. Charcoal canister removal

    click
  32. Charcoal canister removal

I've never really looked into it either. No charcoal canister under my hood. Just the little plastic nipple at the end of the line.
  33. Charcoal canister removal

Silly question probably, but does this in anyway lock a vacuum inside the tank? Or is that present no matter what? Mine has a huge suction whenever I open the cap. My buddies with their new Coyote mustangs just remove the purge setup and install a mini K&N filter right on top the tank, even with...

  37. EGR pin 53 on 92 Vr4

Well I finally found it. Real obvious spot too. Right next to the underwood fuse box. So now I could literally connect the temp switch wire from the back of the Thermo housing to this EGR connector without any extra wire. It reaches right across.

  41. last mpi question

That's why it's good to try a known good one. Nobody is close to you?
  42. last mpi question

If I'm unsure if a part is bad, I'd like to try a known good one before spending a lot of money for potentially nothing. Just did this with a purge control valve on my GTS. $4 at PullaPart and around $90 for a new one.
  43. Vibration I can't seem to diagnose

Never seen one go bad. There's a bearing inside it though. Definitely can go bad and would cause a vibration.
  44. Vibration I can't seem to diagnose

Nevermind. I found the info. 1 spacer is only needed if you don't have the AC bracket installed. The bracket acts as a spacer.
  45. Vibration I can't seem to diagnose

I'm interested in these spacers too. I don't have any and I don't remember what they look like. Last time I removed a half/jack/intermediate shaft was like 10 years ago. My memory isn't all that great with this piece
