I've been out of the game for almost 10 years, I have no idea what cars are going for. I will post more pictures this weekend. Not in a hurry to sell, its been sitting in my garage for a very long time... just would like to see it go to a good home.PM me when time thx.Can't...
The one in the top of the thermo housing ( pointing to the hood/sky ) is a Normally Closed switch. Was for the factory AC, shut off power to the AC if the coolant was overheating. One facing to the firewall is Normally Open. This is also for factory AC, turns on the second ( DS ) cooling fan...
Man this is tempting. One thing I did notice on your linked thread for the trans swap portion, third snap down shows the CAS rotated almost to full lock. I've seen them a bit off center but usually that indicates timing is off by a tooth or so. Would not help the low idle issue at all.
Effing awesome and sad at the same time. If you weren't on the other side of the country we'd be talking. How long have you been stripped and seam welded? Highly likely this is a big contributor to the "bolt loosening" phenomenon.GL, hope it finds a good home.
Still pretty neat discovery. For reference this had more miles but was spec'd pretty close: clickTook about a yer for it to sell, not sure the final total but maybe the OP or new owner wold respond via PM.There was a black GVR4 in a Feeler ad a number of years back, owner was near the...
Sorry, I will try and get pics. It's ready to be sold now. He has posted it on Facebook pages... Like pdx DSM. With some picturesJoined up and found the post, thanks for the suggestion.I talked to Greg H back in the day about 786, even sent him a radio when he sold it.
Makes sense, I've only been in the Galant game for 2+ years so I would have never known. Wow $1200 though, that just blows my mind. Not picking on you specifically but this statement is why ETS and other aftermarket vendors got out of the MMC/DSM scene(s).Perfect fit, no...
I'm a Portland transplant and folks here can be pretty crazy with some unrealistic expectations of the real adult world and self aggrandizing veiws of their place and importance in the world. Oh and some of the most passive aggressive bull sh*t human interactions I have ever...
Please, keep it.Judging from your other cars, it's likely this won't find a better home. I'm willing to start a collection to pay you to not sell itOr until someone who appreciates it coughs up the cash.
Just do not have the time to enjoy it...just sits in the garage collecting dust. I am afraid if i do not sell it soon, i will end up modding it with all the parts i have siting on the shelf for it ( 68hta, ETS frontmount, etc etc)#86 was nowhere near that clean when I got...
Thanks, transparentdsm. you should have gotten a shout-out, too. Thanks for all the help and advice over the years.for sure and i hope in time you'll find yourself in another VR4. i also have to say very impressed with the amount of money you got for...
Yes, A/C, Heat, cruise, all things work. The cassette player even works well and switches sides automatically.Oh so tempting. Sunroof or non? Can't quite tell from the snaps. You know Mike/1101 there?
^^ Trunk space for various "baby" items is limited in the Legacy. Fozzie has way more including height.Always loved your ride Chad, hope it goes to a good home. Nice to see the timing stuff is done, car basically ready to go another 80k+ with little maintenance required.
The unofficial version: There are no "hard" vowel sounds in Japanese, just soft.Gah-Lah-N-Tu ( with the "u" being almost silent, like the "e" in many Engrish words like well "like" ).And yeah the car and article are very nice.
Don't listen to those guys talking about where its from and so forth..... non-sense. Give the pictures a look and make your own judgement or post here and there are plenty of people (not G) that can give you advice on how to fix it.Yeah nonsense indeed. And maybe we DO know...
Are you purposely baiting G with no rust comments or underbody shots?!? On a more serious note I'd love an engine bay snap and whether sunroof/non thx.Seriously tho GL with the sale, looks like a fun project!
Can you update from when you purchased the car?!? Last FS thread was a bit scattered: clickI'm thinking about getting back in and want a non-sunroof vehicle. A/C and cruise are also important to me, some shots of the engine bay and what you've done since purchase would be appreciated thx.
