I have a decent condition bumper for sale. It is off a 91 and still has the steel bumper behind it. It's uncut and the only damage is a crack under the right fog light. I will ship if you pay for it. Not sure what freight is for it tho. I will post pics when I get a chance to. I just need it gone.

I would check your intercooler piping. Sounds like you have a cracked coupling or something is loose.
