Savable. I would drain the gas tank, replace any SS hose, replace fuel filter, clean the injectors and do an oil change. Looks like a kevlar timing belt...so that should be fine. Just basic maintenance. Has good parts in there. Previous owner may have passed, gone to prison or who knows what.

My Galant has these D2s and they are the most comfortable coilover I have ever had. I can't remember the specs. However, my Galant having 800whp+, I usually switch out the rear to my AGX/600lb spring combo which is much stiffer since I want it really stiff in the rear when making high boost pulls.

Guys...we will not take these cars to the grave. DRIVE. THEM. When you still can......I wish I could drive my Galant everyday. I will make it a point to put a full exhaust on it next year. It's the only reason I don't drive it at all.

Back flush it with a garden hose. As mentioned above, if there are no leaks in the cabin, it's good and can be easily fixed.
