Swapped ABS pins, left fuel pump signal pin disconnected. Fired up ok, seems fine without it. Thanks for your help. I can run in my motor and clutch now.

Thanks, after looking at that I gather I don't have to swap 6 & 14. Install 510cc injectors, swap ABS (11Aus to 13 J-Spec). Any idea what to do with fuel pump drive signal?

I have an A-spec HH, 5810 ECU was faulty and wouldn't start car. I got my hands on a 5808 ECU. Has anyone swapped these before. I'm aware that it's a RS ECU and therefore requires 510cc injectors. I need info on wiring/pin changes. Do I need to swap 6 & 14? What about ABS & Fuel Pump signal...

Are you sure it's related to fuel injectors? Have you checked coolant temperature sensor? Has the car been parked for a while? Bad fuel maybe? Loose ground cable somewhere?

Forgot to update this, added a spring washer and flat washer to pivot ball. Swapped out the clutch fork with a spare I had. The spare one had smaller holes for bearing retaining clip for some reason so I figured less play. Installed gearbox, clutch feels good, removed extended push rod. Fork now...

Also, when bleeding I hold pedal to floor, open and close bleed valve, pedal sticks to floor, I pull it up and repeat. Is this normal? Or should the pedal return on it's own? All air seems to be out of system tho.

Standard OEM flywheel machined. Not sure of step height. Took clutch & flywheel to shop when they machined it. I'll have to measure height when I remove box. Adjusted master cylinder rod out as far as I could, can still move slave. I have to push pedal very hard to the floor to get it in gear...
