Does anybody have Drag wheels on their car? I'm looking to get a set of summer wheels/tires for my daily but it's too hard to picture what they'd look like on my Kensington car...

What kind of look are you looking for? Drag makes a lot of knock off looks. You can go through the members section to get a general idea.

I think it's hard to say who made the first 5 twin spoke.

Evo 9 wheels,

They are all essentially the same. Not my favorites but they get the car down the road.

Just my opinion but, the DR9's don't look all that great in person.

Don't buy any of the Drag wheels that have a red lip. I bought a brand new set from Discount Tire Direct and the lips looked like a 4 y/o painted them with a spray can. I mean I know they're cheap wheels and all but is masking tape that expensive? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Jeff - I have bought and sold tons of wheels and I would have to say the third set of wheels look good on the gvr4 if you want a sporty look.

The second link which look like a BBS/ASA wheel would work if you want to be under the radar more.

The first ones fail...

I think I'm going to go with the DR-34s in charcoal grey if possible. Hopefully it looks good with a K grey car... Anybody know if the 42 offset would be fine?

Why not buy some 2nd hand original wheels, rather than cheap knock offs?

What width wheel? I have 17 x 8 and bought 48 offset, then modified them with 5 mm spacers for a net of 43. I think they are about perfect.

Sounds about right for an 8" rim - I've got 18"x9" +30 and I think you'd struggle to fit any other offset 9" rim in there

17x7.5 I believe.

Honestly, I considered that, but being that we have a harder-to-find bolt pattern and the fact that I need new tires within 2 weeks and don't really have any time to be looking around, makes me want to just buy a cheap set now.
