Just curious if anyone has seen a different color vr4 that has turned out worth a crap. I'm a big fan of just doing white but I have the car in pieces and it could be changed correctly, any suggestions or pictures?

Thanks.

Lunchbox had a grey VR4 and it turned out well by my eyes.

Due to the nature of these cars, I will be sticking with the original color when Im ready for paint.

I would stick with the original color too. Despite having a freshly painted Belize Green one, secretly I would prefer a white one with white wheels. Or maybe it's just a case of "the grass is always greener..."

I think a dark silver would be decent, like Infiniti G35ish, close to Kensington though /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

I think i'd have to go with a Pearl white. I love the white GVR4s. Adding a pearl coat would just be like icing on a cake.

the Evo silver one actually looked quite nice.

I'd keep it factory, but any subtle tones should work out pretty well. Just stay away from super bright colors like red, blue, purple, yellow, etc.

Evo Graphite Grey or Apex Silver
Galant GS-X Ascot Silver Metallic to keep it period correct.

^^^ Although I have always adored that color and thought about it myself, I think it would ONLY look cool on a car that aggressive.

I'm planning to repaint mine, it's most likely going to be normal plain gloss black. Agree'd with muted colors or anything neutral.
