is it damaged enough for the belt not to fit it,
and
if it is damaged
could I remove that part and put the wheel from my old one, onto this one.

^true. I wouldn't use that pulley, but just swap the pulley from the old one.

No I'm trading either 30$ or gauge pillar to my friend
Also one more question
When changing the alternator,
I've tried Search button and google but can't find much information.

I really don't know how to change the alternator and can't buy a manual right now
So far I know I have to move power steering pump,
And then loosen the tensioner bolts and mounting bolts for the alternator and pull it off.

Anything I'm missing
(Sorry for long post I just really don't wanna be confused and have the car in pieces for the weekend)

There is a bolt with a square head on one end and a normal 12mm nut on the other. It's about 6" long and it goes through the alt. and the block on the bottom of the alt.

Many have suggested it is easier to remove (or move over the radiator) to get the alternator out.

If you have another pulley, swap it. I would just straighten it if I didn't have another.

I agree with this.

And to remove the alt:

Disconnect negative wire on battery
Remove upper hot side IC piping
Pull power steering pump (3 bolts) and lay over to ABS pump
Remove wires from backside of alt (large plug and 10mm nut)
Remove top belt adjuster and belt
Remove pivot bolt at bottom (nut on back side of alt)
Remove both radiator top brackets
Pull radiator up and side over to passenger side as far has the hoses and junk allows (no need to drain it, just be careful)
Pull alt up and out

Reverse steps.

DISCONNECT battery first (negative cable only needed)

one more question about the alternator belt
do i need to remove it all the way
or just loosen it enough for the alternator to slide out or do i pull out all the way
and do i need to re-time once messing with belts

No re-timing necessary and the belt will just fall off so you might as well pull it out of your way to do the job. And if it looks cracked or burnt, replace it now. Don't wait to have it leave you stranded on the side of the road with an over heating/battery dead mess.

Yes, but antifreeze is sticky-icky.

I hate that sh*t and if I can leave it capped, I do.
