I've been wanting a VR4 for the longest time and just recently purchased a 1992 project. Doesn't have a title but I'm working on that and doesn't have the engine or transmission. The guy I bought from apparently bought it to take the engine and transmission and put it in an Eclipse Spyder (go figure). Since it sat so long some rodent and serpent friends decided to make it their home so while I wait for the titling process I've started pulling the interior to get rid of all the carcasses, nesting material and crap. I do own a 1992 Eclipse GSX so I was going to use it as a donor car. I tried searching a bit on the web and this site but couldn't quite locate what I was looking for. Does anyone have a link to a post or article that lists all compatible parts between the Galant and the 1g DSM. I know the majority of the drivetrain and suspension is the same but wasn't sure about motor mounts and other little bits and pieces that I may need. Thanks.
