Is it possible i mistakenly swapped my front axles left to right? My passenger side axle never seated properly in the half shaft and I'm not sure why.

Doesn't the passenger side have male splines and the drivers side have female splines? It's been awhile since I've had them out.

No, the axles are completely different. Passenger axle is male/male, driver side is male/female to mount. The passenger side should just be 1 axle, the drivers side has the axle (male/female) that mounts to the half shaft that is bolted to the block. Check the c-clips on both. If they are boogered up they will cause issues seating.
