Really? What is the issue with your install? I had an ebay quick release on 611 with a MoMo steering wheel and it all connected together with working horn and all. Maybe some pics or where does the issue lie?

I wire to terminal on the horn button unless you are missing said wire, did you cut it when you removed the oem steering wheel?

 

Everything went fine on mine.

I did find it odd that the horn doesn't work without the key switched on.

my horn works on my momo wheel, just doesnt work with car off
