Removing Door Moldings

Can any on tell me how the lower door moldings are attached to the car,I would like to repaint both my bumpers,side skits and side moldings

You will break some of the tabs too when removing the cladding. However, every tab is the same except a few on the rear dog-legs. All of the other tabs can be purchased at a auto paint store for a fraction of the price. I was able to buy 50ct. for about $12.

buy a trim popper tool at Autozone or wherever. If you are really careful with it, you won't break any clips

Yea, it needs a few good yanks, but you just have to make sure you spread the pressure out so you don't break the actual molding.
 

do you have the part number for the tabs you bought? i checked at the dealer and they were 4.50 a piece.
