No injector pulse, no power on pin 102

the car starts, but won't run.
I've put a test light on PCM connectors, and I've got no power on 102 & 107, and no ground on 106.

Could someone confirm that the MPI relay is the culprit?

106 is Chassis ground. Have you tried correcting that problem to see is the symptoms change? Pin 106 feeds the Camshaft Position Sensor ground. Also check Pin 101 as it is also ties to pin 106.

Depending on where they interconnect, not weird at all. 27 year old harness after all.

So it would make sense to jump 106 to ground? Or tie it to 101?

Yes. Also look at the CAS and verify the ground pin is working/good.
