Sard are steel. I don't remember what the greddy is. Have not heard of threads coming off except for the mishimoto garbage. I know exactly how the pcv system works and for my motor, I don't need it. You can vta both lines and delete the pcv valve with no issues. It's not mentioned in vfaq because it's outdated. Moreover I'm not trying to catch and trap oil or vapors I'd rather just vta under the car and get rid of the restrictive pcv. Their is surprisingly not much to catch anyway. I introduced Saikou Michi catch cans to this forum when they first came out. I have a SM dual set up on my other vr4 and they are vta as well. Just got these cusco bits in. Freight was ridiculous. Any tips on how to polish or clean up aluminum?

What are all those parts? Look like 2 skidplates of sorts but what are those smaller bits?

Front skid plate, if it is anything like mine, it is about a quarter inch thick and probably bullet proof for anything under a .45 calibre. That bar you see bolts up between the two towing hook mounts at the front of the car and supports the plate at the front and the smaller bracket(s) bolt it up at the back. Looks like he got a diff shield for the back, nice find, I've never been able to find one and a rear skid plate for the gas tank. There is also a set of longer skid plates that you can get that mount under the car on each side to protect fuel and brake/hydraulic lines etc.

Getting old sucks ... but it sure beats the alternative !!!

Cheeky your right. That front skid plate is no joke. I'm going to put a mic on it. It's super heavy duty. I haven't messed with figuring out how it all mounts up yet but it seems to be complete.

Not sure what happened to all the pics I had in this thread. The original owner I bought it from has mountains of receipts (thousands in maintenance) from all the work he had done back in the 90's. It was well taken care of. Now it's just sitting in storage, it needs to be driven.
