I didn't do the work, it was done by an upholsterer. I think they use a special adhesive.

New "JDM" e39a specific hub kit installed. Perfect fit. I have extra if you would like to buy one of these hub kits. Now my freaking horn works. If you use the incorrect length hub your horn won't work

Quick oil change. Trying out this power enterprise magnetic oil filter. Going to cut it open and see what I caught on my next oil change.

Replaced the original valve cover that was cracked and PCV delete.

Mostly maintenance so far since I got it:
Koyo radiator
Toyota red coolant
Thermostat
NGK power wires
Valve cover gaskets
Re-balanced the wheels
Denso Iridium plugs
Complete timing belt & water pump job
Adjusted base timing
Checked for boost leaks
Oil change
Magnetic drain plug
Steering rack boot
Complete front brake job
Rebuilt front axles

Next on the to do list:
Drive train fluids front to back
K&n filter
boost controller
boost gauge
cat delete
Fuel filter
Battery relocate to the trunk
Fuel pump strainer
Charge the AC
Then finally a complete thorough detail, and just enjoy it stock for awhile.

What's the point of looping the PCV lines? That the easiest way to delete the PCV or what?

I've seen the yellow oil caps on a bunch of dodge based Mitsubishi engines at the local junkyards. Older intrepids and such.

Yo Mike, they are aluminum. I have read some bad things about using aluminum plugs because the threads can break off. Not knocking on GReddy, but I think it would be safer to use a steel plug. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the SARD plugs look to be made of steel.

G, love your car, but I suggest you read this DSM Tech Article to understand how the PCV system works. I recommend reinstalling the PCV and routing back to stock until you get some sealed catch cans to properly reconfigure your system. FWIW, I went with Setup #1: Improved Factory Setup. Using a 2G MAF, Dual Saikou Michi sealed cans, and a check valve between the PCV and IM. Venting the lines isn't mentioned in any of the setups, so can you explain how your system works?

You'll have to take my word on this one. I usually don't take pics of oil caps at the junkyards.

Edit: Here is a pic of a quick search on google, they're from a Chrysler Sebring.
