Black stains on white car???

Does anyone else have this problem? Seems like I keep getting these black stains on the doors and quarter panels especially after it rains. I am beginning to suspect that it may be whatever sealant that was used to affix the black trim above the doors and the small windows above the rear quarter panels that are bleeding unto the car when it gets wet? Any suggestion short of removing the black trim and using new clear sealant?

I get that on #1941, I suspect the fading trim paint around the doors.
